Example: Mexican birth certificate which requires an English translation for immigration purposes.

Spoken meanings provided for parties conversing in different languages in need of a third party to help communicate.
Example: Interpreter required at a hearing for a client who only speaks Spanish and cannot understand or communicate in English.
